Wisdom teeth

As most of you know I had my wisdom teeth extracted Friday June 5th. Today is Wed. June 17 and Im just now starting to have a little relief form the everyday pain. That is the reason I have not been able to blog. Last week the baby and I stayed in San Antonio, so that i could go to the dentist everyday. The whole surgery took 4 hours. I was not sedated ( I was awake and alert for the WHOLE thing) It was quite a nightmare. My wisdom teeth had grown curly roots and the roots were hanging on for dear life. Finally after working on one side for 2 hours she took a break and took some x-rays. She worked for another 5 min and decided to leave part of the tooth in. Needless to say it has been a very long recovery. I'm back in Fort Worth now. Tatum had to come back last week with Daddy Eddie. She had girl scout camp. She had so much fun. She learned all about bugs and what to do in cause of an emergency. On Wed. night and Thurs. of last week there was a really bad storm that came through Fort Worth. It knocked down the fence in my Moms yard. They still went to camp on Thurs. storms and all. At some point in the day, they had to move the girls to a "safe place" because the water around the camp site was getting too high. She said she was scared. She made it home ( back to Grammys) safely and they canceled the last day of camp BUMMER! This week Tatum is in VBS she is have a great time. They are learning about Australia. She made a book and a boomerang. On Thursday we have a parents night where the kids will put on a musical for us. I will post pics then
