This past weekend was the first weekend in a long time that we have not had to go out of town or be somewhere. It was nice to be home and get things done. Of course we did not get EVERYTHING on the "honey do list" done. But we did get the office cleared out and some shelves hung. We are in the process of making the "office" in to a TV room/ guest room. We moved a futon in there and took the desk out. Then when we were in the process of moving the big book shelf it broke! So we hung shelves on the wall. It really is starting to look good. Now we have a garage full of furniture. I was going to call the salvation Army and have them come a haul everything away. Luckily I never got a hold of them, because Amy came in town and wants it all.
I would definitely say the highlight of this weekend was the casting crowns concert and the Rangers game. Amy and Mary ( Eddie's Mom and sister) came in town and we went to the game and concert while Eddie stayed home with the baby. It was a great concert and an awesome game! The Rangers are on fire! Baby Eddie had so much fun seeing his Grammy Culey and his Aunt Amy. I love it when Mary comes in town she is such a huge help. I'm so grateful to have such a great relationship with my sister and mother in law.
